Machine Operator

Overview:
The Machine Operator will operate CNC, Bander and Panel Saws to construct custom cabinets, displays and reception desks based on client specifications.

Responsibilities:
• Processes various materials such as wood, laminate, cabinet parts etc.. of various sizes, through a machine in preparation for assembly.

• Using carts and rolling tables, moves material from machines to other areas of the manufacturing floor.

• Maintains machinery used by using water and/or solvent to periodically clean the machine.

• Operates other machines as required.

• Assists with daily cleanup of shop area at end of shift, which includes but is not limited to sweeping floors, dusting/cleaning shelves or work stations, organizing materials/supplies or other general duties.

Required Experience:
To be considered for these positions, you must have prior experience operating a CNC, Panel Saw or Bander.

• Prior experience working in millwork, kitchen/bath or furniture industry

• Capable of working with various materials (wood work, plastic, veneer) with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner while maintaining precision, accuracy and attention to detail

• Availability to work 6:00am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual contributor

• Strong work ethic

• Reliable

• Flexibility to “pitch in” where needed

Construction Document QA Tech

Overview:
The QA tech will be reviewing construction and millwork documents and making corrections as needed based on client specifications. 

Responsibilities:
• Review Millwork and construction drawings and check for accuracy; make corrections as necessary and communicate corrections to design team

• Match Millwork drawings to 2D schematics

• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to resolve project issues or delays within scope of authority assigned

• Communicate with clients regarding desired changes to production documents; make corrections as required

• Create 2D drawings of developed products for client review

Required Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED

• Two (2) years of experience working with AutoCAD

• Demonstrated experience reviewing construction and millwork documents

• Prior experience working in millwork strongly preferred

• Prior experience working in kitchen or bath design a plus

• Prior experience with construction drawings

Manufacturing Associates & Cabinet Makers

Overview:

Work on our exceptional Manufacturing floor performing various functions such as shipping/receiving, packing, operating machines or creating custom cabinets and displays for our clients.

Manufacturing Associate Requirements:
One (1) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

Availability to work 6:00am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual contributor

Strong attention to detail

Strong work ethic

Reliable

Flexibility to “pitch in” where needed

Ability to learn machinery and processes quickly

Cabinet Maker Requirements:
Four (4) or more years of custom cabinet making in a factory setting required, preferably in kitchen, bath and/or millwork industry

Experience constructing and assembling cabinets

Capable of working with various materials(wood work, plastic, veneer) with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner while maintaining precision, accuracy and attention to detail

Experienced with typical woodworking tools

Availability to work 6:00am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual contributor

Strong work ethic

Product Design Engineer

Overview:

Responsible for the oversight of all product line design, development and production.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or ten (10) plus years of experience in a Product Development or Engineering role within the millwork, kitchen/bath or furniture manufacturing industries

• Five (5) or more years of experience in a Product Development Engineering role within the millwork, kitchen/bath or furniture manufacturing industries required

• Previous bench experience with casework/millwork desired

• Strong business acumen, including experience with job costing and tracking systems

• Expert level proficiency with AutoCAD software, experience with inventor a plus

• CNC programming experience

• Must be able to read and understand floorplans

• Knowledgeable in cabinet, furniture or fixture construction with an understanding of applicable design requirements, codes and standards

• Knowledge of standard industry tolerances

• Ability to communicate with all levels within and outside the organization

• Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams

• Demonstrated history of leading and overseeing the design and support of mechanisms, linkages and multipart dynamic assemblies while meeting deadlines

• Strong analytical skills

• Passion for creating innovative and quality products

• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as the ability to present complex information in an easily understood, clear and  concise manner

• Knowledge of crystal reports a plus
